Key Collaboration and Distribution Agreement Signed With Karo Healthcare To Advance Lamisil's Sales In Mainland China

HTDK Pharmaceutical (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. ("HTPS") and Karo Healthcare ("Karo") have announced the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement, designating HTPS as the general distributor for the Lamisil® brand in Mainland China. Karo, a leading European consumer health company dedicated to offering "smart choices for everyday health" and distributing products in over 90 countries worldwide, sees this partnership as a pivotal step into the Chinese market.

Through this partnership, HTPS will leverage its extensive industry experience, deep and broad channel distribution, and robust commercial capabilities to drive further growth for the Lamisil® brand and Karo's market development in China. HTPS will provide professional commercial solutions to facilitate rapid retail growth for Lamisil® and offer exclusive agency services domestically, including professional medical and retail channel market access, marketing, and pharmacovigilance.
